We arrived today around 11.20am car park full ( expected ) but we did take it upon ourselves to park in coach bay as did many others at our own risk we did get a parking ticket but that's the chance we took as we wasn't local wasn't sure where else to park so bare that in mind either arrive early or do research as to where to park.

Alice the manager was absolutely disgusting over the phone when I had made a complaint about how my son was treated! She took over a week to get back to me, and was telling me its £5,000 to house her 2 reindeer and how hard that is for them, well at £45 a family I'm sure that helps!!
